Revealing it's potential by helping you develop the skills and lifestyle habits to utilise movement as an important ingredient in enhancing your fitness, health, performance and overall quality of life.

WHEN & WHERE? This is offered as a program workshop or incursion, delivered at your school, club or place of work anywhere globally!

 

With lifestyles becoming increasingly sedentary and our work often restricted to isolated repeated movements, we are divorcing our bodies from it's natural urge to express itself in meaningful ways.

Your weren't built to sit at a desk all day, sitting in itself is an unnatural position and a more modern development. Movement is a lifestyle habit, that we've lost but can be re-learned. 

Your body, your entire physiology, was made to move, it is mechanical in nature, the vehicle gifted to carry you through life and if you don't use it, you eventually lose it, along with your other faculties, including the important mind body connection which is often overlooked.

Our programs are designed to restore your physical nature it's most original state. You'll learn about the evolution of movement, the range and justification for each movement and most importantly the physical and mental skills to unlock your full range and capacity, enhancing your lifestyle habits, health, fitness, performance and quality of life

GUILLAUME LE PORT  

Guillaume is the founder of Movement Bali and one of the pioneers of movement culture on the island of Bali.

A graduate of human movement science from France , now based in Bali after extensive travels throughout Asia - he brings his unique approach to integrating natural movement forms, mobility and strength training, movement exploration with martial arts.  

He has dedicated his life to working with small groups and individuals, ensuring their bodies are functioning just as nature intended them to.
